Arizona's RFP ED08-0020 E-Learning Pilot Program

"At the conclusion of the Arizona Forty Eight Legislature - Second
Regular Session it was determined that funding for the eLearning Pilot
would: As permanent law, repeal the $3 milliono appropriation for the
eLearning from Laws 2006, Chapter 375, as amended by Laws 2007, Chapter 264, and revert any unexpended monies. Therefore, no funds exist to support an award under RFP ED08-0020."

With ample anecdotes and witty asides, Robinson points out the many ways our schools fail to recognize -- much less cultivate -- the talents of many brilliant people.
